Shipping and Delivery
At Naturolled Tea, we want to make your online tea shopping experience the best! While we work hard to ensure everything from us goes well, there are certain areas where we do not have control from our end, especially in logistics as they are handled by our third-party delivery partners. We request you to kindly review our shipping and delivery policies:
Delivery Charges: We offer free delivery on purchases that meet our MOQ (minimum order quantity) criteria. The MOQ is the minimum threshold that allows us to avoid charging delivery fees on your orders while being profitable.
Delivery Times: The number of working days it takes for our logistics partners to deliver your orders depends on your location. The minimum delivery timeline is around 3 to 4 days and the maximum delivery timeline is around 8 to 10 days. We strive to dispatch your orders within the quickest possible time to shorten the overall delivery time. However, we will not be liable for short or long delays in deliveries caused by natural calamities, political/communal unrests, other violences, disease outbreaks/pandemics, other Acts of God, in-transit accidents, and other reasons that are not in control of ours and our delivery partners.
Order Tracking and Updates: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email, SMS, and WhatsApp message with a tracking number. You can track your order either on our Orders page or on our delivery partners’ pages.
National Shipping: We deliver PAN India; in Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 cities, urban areas, semi-urban areas, and rural areas.
International Shipping: For international orders, please note that you may be responsible for paying the international shipping fees, and import taxes and custom duties imposed by your country’s customs authorities.
